The Best Advice I’ve Ever Received

Woman Meditating on Beach

The best advice I’ve ever received that I fiercely live by:

1. Identify what’s most important to you.

2. Eliminate everything else.

In a world consumed with “more” – more stuff, more to do, more technology, more followers, more things to miss out on, and on and on it goes… it’s easy to feel like you’re downing.

But knowing what’s important to you is like having a lifeline. Your most important values can help you say a resounding YES to the things in life that matter, and the courage to say NO to the people, things, expectations, and commitments that don’t.
 …
So hold your priorities close to your heart and protect your time and energy for what matters most, and let the rest peacefully slip away.
 …

Wishing you health & happiness,

Jen
