Reflecting Back on 2015

Make a List of Things That Make You Happy


Looking back, 2015 was a very HAPPY year indeed! My highlights include:

• lots and lots of laughter with friends
• reclaiming exercise for fun (i.e. getting off the CrossFit Regionals fast track of stress)
• nature hikes with my dog
• great conversations and lots of support from the love of my life Dave Henry
• vacations, cottage time, and reflective yoga retreats
• meditation (thank you Headspace)
• learning from an amazing online course called The Science of Happiness
• figuring out how to ride a unicycle
• de-cluttering Kon-Marie style and getting rid of things that no longer serve me (possessions, obligations, people)
• having a super successful year at NutritionRx and growing our team
• sending hand-written letters to friends
• enjoying the little moments in a more mindful and grateful state
 
Here’s to all of YOU finding the happy moments from your past year as the calendar turns over to a new page, and continuing to make 2016 the best it can be!
