Moksha Yoga London’s Yoga Retreat
As life’s pace picks up, sometimes the best thing to do is slow down! I just spent an amazing weekend away in Georgian Bay at Moksha Yoga London‘s Yoga Retreat where I hiked (a lot), practiced yoga, meditated, read, slept 9.5 hours last night, and ate a lot of yummy home-cooked vegan food at the Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre.
Oh yeah, and I also did a little bit of “work” presenting my Top 10 Nutrition Habits for Yogis, if you can even call that work! #joblove #healthy eating #healthybody #healthymind #healthyspirit
